Do you provide International delivery?

At this time we will not be providing international delivery but we will keep you posted!

How do I exchange/return an item?

Please submit the form and the items you are returning.

Please use return label that is inside your shipment box or if you did not receive please use return link below and someone will email you the label! 

Please expect you full refund to go back within 7-10 business days depending on your bank!

What is your returns policy?

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return any product within 30 business days from receipt of your order from your delivery.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 3-5 business day to allow your order to ship.

How do  I cancel my order?

Once we receive your order we quickly try and fill the order to get it to you ASAP! If you would like to cancel please contact us at: shopoffthebeat@gmail.com with you name, order number.

How do  I cancel my order?

Please check your inbox for confirmation email and tracking email once your order is shipped. If your tracking shows that your order was undeliverable and is being returned to us, we can resend your order to the same or alternative shipping address with a second shipping fee. Please email us if you need help.

What are your delivery options?

We use USPS, for domestic Standard Shipping. Next Day and 2nd Day USPS or UPS.

To find out which carrier was used, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping email.
